How It Works in PE

2. Navigate to our Accredited iFix Drop Off Point in Port Elizabeth (get directions):
   • iTec
     210 Cape Road
     Mill Park
     Port Elizabeth
3. Book in and leave your device at our accredited PE drop-off point.
4. Any quotations or invoices will be emailed to you.
5. Repairs take 3-4 working days, subject to stock availability. A R120 return courier charge (Only for handheld devices. Macs will be charged according to size) will apply.
6. We will notify you via SMS when your device is ready for collection.
7. Be Happy :)
