We will dispatch a courier to collect your device anywhere in South Africa and return it to you once repaired.

• Total return courier charge: Varies according to location. (On average R200 on handheld devices).
• Total time: 4-5 working days.

How It Works

1. Refer to Cape Town pricing for a quote.
2. Book your device in online and take note of your book-in reference number.
3. Package your device safely and securely with the following information:
   1. Reference number (from book-in)
   2. Full name
   3. Email address
   4. Return address
4. Email your collection address to courier@ifix.co.za along with your reference number.
5. We will dispatch a courier to collect your packaged device. You will have your device back within 4-5 working days, subject to stock-availability.
6. You will be quoted and invoiced according to Cape Town pricing via email (rejected quotes are subject to a R100 quote rejection fee).
7. Be Happy :)
